"The customer service at this branch is outstanding. When I needed a Verification of Qualified Health Coverage Letter from my medical insurance company, Judy started a three way call between the two of us and the other insurance company to get the letter right away. This allowed me to lower my rate for car insurance significantly and demonstrates that they are willing to go above and beyond for their customers."
